Frequently asked questions

How do I earn on HypeFolk?

Browse tasks near you in the app, accept one, then place or verify the brand material (a poster, sticker, or banner) at the location. Capture the photo or video proof directly in the app so it is time- and location-stamped, and submit it. Once your submission passes our AI and human review, the reward is credited to your in-app wallet.

How do payouts and withdrawals work?

Approved submissions add earnings to your HypeFolk wallet balance. When you are ready, request a withdrawal from the Wallet screen to your linked local bank account. For your security, withdrawals are confirmed with biometrics and a one-time code, and larger amounts may go through an additional review before the transfer is sent.

Why was my submission rejected?

The most common reasons are a blurry or dark photo, the location (GPS) not matching the task area, a duplicate or reused image, the brand material not being clearly visible, or signs the photo was not captured live in the app. If you believe a rejection was a mistake, open a dispute from the submission details in the app, usually within 48 hours, and a different reviewer will take a fresh look.

How do I withdraw to my bank?

Open the Wallet tab, tap Withdraw, choose or add your bank account, and enter the amount. Confirm with your fingerprint or face and the one-time code we send you. You can manage saved bank accounts under Wallet → Payment Methods.

How do referrals work?

Share your personal referral code or link from the Invite Friends screen. When someone signs up with your code and starts completing approved tasks, both of you earn a referral bonus that pays out in stages as they hit their first few approved submissions. Bonuses are subject to our anti-fraud checks.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can request deletion from Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request by signing back in.
